Just a short note to say that you do what it says on the box - without your efforts I would never have sold my house for the asking price - how do I know - it was on with 2 other estate agencies and we literally had zero interest in our property, they did not keep us informed of what was going on at anytime and we ALWAYS had to chase them - missed appointments were the norm and the quality of the buyers was nothing less that poor.
